Gift cards must be redeemed for credit within 6 months from the date of purchase. Credit will expire 12 months from the day of redemption.
Gift cards can only be shipped to your billing address. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.
Gift cards cannot be purchased using wallet credit or deal credit.

You can purchase your voucher with specially designed gift pack from Wowcher to send directly to your loved one. Choose this option at Check Out from an additional £3.99.

To do this you will have to log into your account and click on 'My Wowchers' tab, you will then see a full list of your purchases.
Under applicable purchases, you will see an option “Send gift pack”
Please fill in all mandatory address boxes, there is also an option to leave a personalized message then click “Send Gift pack”

Once completed your giftee will receive an email from you letting them know they have been send a gift, please note that the price of the wowcher will be visible on all gifted wowchers. You will then be able to see on your account which orders you have gifted and the email address of the recipient.

Our Gifting Service

We offer an enhanced gifting service that makes it easy to send thoughtful gifts alongside your voucher.

What’s included?

Customers can schedule a gift to be sent by email on a chosen date.

When purchasing a voucher, customers can add a Gift Pack and later upgrade it to a Gift Box.

An optional gifting upgrade allows customers to add a small premium item (such as chocolates or a hand cream set) to enhance their gift.

How it works

At checkout, customers can add a Gift Pack to their voucher (Standard or Next Day delivery).

After purchase, customers visit MyWowchers, where they must select their Gift Pack design.Customers can optionally add a small gift, upgrading their Gift Pack into a Gift Box.

Customers enter the delivery address and review the order summary and payment

The Gift Pack (or Gift Box) and any added item are packed together and delivered.

Delivery & fulfilment

Gift Packs and Gift Boxes are fulfilled by our delivery partner, MailDirect

• This service is currently available on Wowcher UK only (not available in Ireland).

• Gift Box orders do not show tracking directly on the order page; tracking is managed separately by our fulfilment partner.

After sending

Once a gift has been sent, the Gift Pack option will appear as unavailable in MyWowchers.

Customers receive an email receipt confirming their gift and any added items.
