If the site tells that you don't have an account after entering in your email address please first check to ensure you have entered your email address correctly and that you have tried all possible email accounts. Wowcher and Livingsocial is a daily deals website offering a wide variety of deals for a limited amount of time. All deals are subject to availability and may vary when entering/leaving our site.

Please check all the following which should resolve your issue. If you are still having problems don't forget you can use PayPal, Klarna or Clearpay to complete your order.
-    Please make sure the card is registered to your name and your registered address matches your card billing address. You can always enter a different delivery address at the point of redeeming your Wowcher. 
-    Please note, we only accept UK issued cards.
-    Please ensure you have entered the 3-digit CVV correctly.
-    Please note we only accept Visa and MasterCard issued credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
-    If you are using the Wowcher app or a mobile device, please check your connection. You may want to try clearing your cache and cookies.

If your code is showing as invalid or showing an error, please consider the following:
• All codes are case sensitive so please ensure that it is entered exactly as shown. (Please be aware that if you have purchased multiple vouchers then each one must be redeemed individually)
• Where possible try opening the link in a different browser e.g. Firefox or Chrome.
• If you are using a mobile device please try on a desktop PC or Mac.

Please check the PDF voucher you have received via email as this may contain additional redemption instructions to claim your voucher.

Some deals will only allow you to proceed with redeeming your vouchers via our App.

Notifications generated by our app can be stopped by amending the app permissions on your device. Please refer to your device operating system publisher for the steps required for this.

The in-browser notifications you receive are managed through the settings on your device rather than through us.
You can quickly disable these notifications by clicking the padlock icon that appears next to our website address at the top of your browser window. You should then see an option for 'Notifications' along with selector field with a 'Block' option.

You are able to amend your personal information at any time in the "My Details" section of your Wowcher or LivingSocial account.
Card details are retained by our trusted payment processor, Braintree, the first time you make a purchase. You can amend your card details during at the checkout during subsequent purchases. 

If you would like us to close your account or delete your personal information, simply send your request via email to our data privacy team using 'privacy@wowcher.co.uk'. They will carry this out within 7 working days of your request.
