The deal covers accommodation and flights only. However, the travel agent providing the deal is just like any other travel agent, meaning they can offer a variety of additional services, such as excursions, car hire, airport parking and meal packages. Utilising these additional services would naturally involve an extra fee for the chosen service(s).

The deal is structured under the premise of "Price is based on two people sharing a room". Therefore, two vouchers must be purchased. Each voucher corresponds to one person, as only half of the accommodation cost is included in the price displayed. Should you choose to travel solo, a single person supplement will apply to cover the remaining 50% of the accommodation cost. This supplement will be settled directly with the travel agent upon booking, subsequent to purchasing the voucher.

If more than two people wish to travel, we advise reaching out to the travel agent directly so they can ensure all passengers get the same destination, flights and hotel. 

Yes! If you do not redeem your vouchers, your booking will not be completed. Please refer to the instructions on your voucher for how to redeem your holiday. 

The travel agent will use the information you provide to arrange a potential booking at the destination you've drawn, that matches your preferences as closely as possible. However, no bookings will be made until you confirm with the travel agent. If you wish to alter your travel dates or airport preference, you can discuss this with the travel agent when they contact you about your drawn destination. Please be aware that changing these details may result in an additional fee. 

The travel agent providing the deal will contact you within 10 working days of the draw date, shown on your voucher(s). If you have not been contacted by them within this timeframe, please contact them directly using the contact details printed on your voucher  

The deal is advertised with a "No cancellations or changes once booked" policy. Therefore, if you've given permission to confirm your booking, it's considered final and non-refundable. In such cases, we advise reaching out directly to the merchant using the contact information provided on your voucher. However, if you haven't yet authorised the booking confirmation, please get in touch with us. 

If there's a change in foreign office advice before the draw date, another destination of the same level will be randomly selected for those impacted.  

  

If your booked holiday is affected by changes in foreign office advice, contact the holiday provider to understand how your plans are affected and discuss alternative travel options. If the foreign office advises against non-essential travel to your destination, you're eligible for a full refund of the voucher cost from Wowcher and any additional purchases from the holiday provider. However, no refunds will be provided if the foreign office deems it safe to travel to the destination. 

This may be possible, but please note that it could result in an additional fee from the travel agent. We suggest contacting the travel agent directly using the contact information provided on your voucher to discuss your options with them.

International Travel Deals

We run three different types of travel deals on LivingSocial; Call to Book, Booking Calendar and Choose Your Flight. 

Call to Book deals allow you to purchase a voucher with a pre-stipulated validity period for you to make a booking post purchase with the merchant directly. 
Booking Calendar deals will present an availability calendar allowing you to select their check-in date at the point of purchase. 
Choose Your Flight deals are a new type of international deal which allows you to choose which flight you would like to travel on meaning you are purchasing a package holiday as opposed to a voucher.
When browsing our deals, keep an eye out for the Choose Your Flight badge which will be shown on the deals. When purchasing the deal you are asked to advise on the number of passengers, your chosen airport, number of nights and then your departure date (see left). Once this information has been provided you will be shown the flight details available with the per person price being shown. If you are unhappy with the default flight you can choose to change your flight, with the difference in price being shown pre-purchase. Your booking will be confirmed within 72 hours of purchasing a Choose Your Flight deal. The travel agents’ logo is always shown pre-purchase and is hyperlinked to take you straight to the travel agents’ website. 

If the deal is sold as 'Price based on two people sharing one room' or something similar, then this means that only 50% of the accommodation cost is shown within the price. Therefore you can still purchase one voucher to go as an individual passenger, however you will need to pay a 'single person surcharge' to cover the other 50% of the accommodation cost. This surcharge would be paid directly to the travel agent at the time of booking, after you have purchased the voucher.

Flight times vary depending upon the airport, date and destination; therefore due to these many variables some of our deals do not show flight times. However we have launched a new type of international deal recently called Choose Your Flight deals which literally allows you to choose which flight you would like to travel on.

The main difference between our previous deals and our Choose Your Flight deals is the fact that you are purchasing a package holiday as opposed to a multi-purpose voucher. Also, the fight details are shown pre-purchase once you have selected your departure airport and date. Once you redeem your voucher(s) you should be contacted by the travel agent providing the deal using the redemption details supplied within 48 working hours of redeeming. The travel agent will then make the necessary arrangement to confirm your booking. If you have not been contacted within 48 working hours, please contact the travel agent in question providing them with your voucher codes who will be able to assist. National Travel Deals

If you have purchased a Booking Calendar deal then this has been booked out of Wowcher's allotted rooms, therefore the hotel is not required to send a confirmation email. There is no need to contact the hotel unless you have any special requirements/requests that would like to make the hotel aware of. 
If you have purchased a Call to Book deal, please contact the hotel directly requesting for booking confirmation. As the booking is made with the hotel directly, we are unable to see any booking information. Please ensure that any complaints are raised directly with the merchant at the time. Please contact us via email on cs@dealhelp.co.uk expressing the full extent of your complaint whilst attaching any relevant images you may have which will support your complaint. Please ensure you state what your desired resolution is and whether or not you raised any of your comments to any member(s) of staff whilst you were on the premises.
