Where is my order?

You can view the progress of your order by logging into your account here and clicking "View Progress" next to your order:

Once the product is dispatched to you, tracking information will be made available here.

Please note that if the status of your order says "Ready to redeem" this means you need to redeem your voucher!

To redeem your voucher, simply copy and paste the "Redeem with us" link into your web browser or scan the QR code on your mobile device and follow the instructions on-screen.

If the tracking has stopped moving, or if you'd like an update on the status of your delivery, please contact the merchant so they can assist you. You can contact the merchant by clicking "Need help?" and using the information provided. Alternatively, the merchant contact details are displayed on your voucher itsself under "Merchant information" which can be accessed by clicking "View voucher"
