How do I know when I’ve successfully referred someone?
You’ll receive live emails when your:
Friend has created an account
Friend has made a purchase
Credit has been added to your Wowcher Wallet
Is there a way for me to track my referrals?
Yes! If you click into your account, then click into the “Refer a Friend” page, you’ll be able to see your referral progress
How much credit will I get for referring?
For each friend you successfully refer, you’ll get £10 credit added to your Wowcher Wallet
Will my friend receive a reward too?
Yes, both you and your friend will receive the same £10 reward!
How and when will I receive my reward?
Your friend will receive their reward as soon as they create a Wowcher account
You will receive your reward 14 days after your friend has made their first purchase
Do the rewards expire?
The credit reward will expire after 30 days of it being added to your Wowcher Wallet
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
You can refer up to 20 friends
What happens if my friend refunds their order?
If your friend makes a purchase, you’ll receive your reward after 14 days, once your friends refund window has closed:
If your friend HAS refunded within the 14 days, you WON’T receive your credit reward
If your friend HASN’T refunded within the 14 days, you WILL receive your credit reward
Who is eligible to be a referral?
You can refer anyone you like, as long as they are not an existing Wowcher customer!
