Voucher Validity Extension (VVE) is an optional addon which allows you to extend the validity period of an unredeemed voucher. This extends your existing voucher expiry date by up to 3 months.

2. Click on the “VOUCHER EXPIRING SOON” button

(If you have no voucher eligible for the extension, you won’t be seeing the button)

3. Purchase the extension for the voucher you want extended

4. Once you have extended your voucher, we’ll send you an e-receipt via email confirming your new expiry date.

Protect My Voucher is an optional add-on which allows you to extend the refundable period of a voucher at the time of purchase. With Protect My Voucher you can extend the refundable period for a voucher until 7 days before the voucher expiry date. Unredeemed protected vouchers can be self-refunded to your original payment method via the My Wowcher / My Voucher page or via usual customer service routes.
