What is a Deposit deal?

A deposit payment lets you secure a Wowcher by paying an initial deposit rather than the full price upfront. 
Just so you know, paying a deposit does not guarantee availability. Vouchers remain subject to the Merchant’s real-time availability when you come to redeem.

You will only be able to access and redeem your Voucher once you have paid the balance in full. Until then, your Voucher will not be issued and cannot be redeemed with the Merchant.

Balance payments must be made manually through your My Wowcher account before the Balance Due Date shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. Once the balance is paid, your Voucher will be issued and you can redeem it with the Merchant.

If you do not pay your balance in full by the Balance Due Date, your deposit will expire. Expired deposits are non-refundable, and no Voucher or Voucher Products will be issued.

Yes, deposits are refundable for 14 days after payment, provided the balance has not yet been paid and the Voucher has not been redeemed. 
If you have purchased Protect My Voucher, your refundable window will be extended in line with that product’s terms.

If the Merchant cancels the deal or the Vouchers become unavailable due to reasons attributable to the Merchant, and you are still within the eligible refund period, you may contact us to request a refund of your deposit (or the full amount if the balance has already been paid).

Yes. If you pay the balance and are still within your refundable window (14 days from the day after the deposit payment date, or longer if you purchased Protect My Voucher), you can cancel and receive a refund of the full amount (deposit + balance), provided the Voucher has not been redeemed. After this period, no refund will be available.
