Who do I contact if I want to return my product?

Returning an item is a simple process. If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal. Follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free:
Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return.
Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section.
(If you don't see the 'Want to return your item?' section, please contact the merchant directly.)
Select your refund option : Wallet Credit or Cash
Click on the 'Start a Return?' button and follow the prompts to complete your return request.
(If you don't see the 'Start a Return' button, follow the provided prompts to request a return or contact the merchant directly.)Once your return is requested, you will receive an email containing a QR code and/or return label. Follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item.
After the merchant receives your return, they will inspect the item. Your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the time the merchant receives the return.
Please note:
If your item is damaged/faulty, take some photos as evidence in case of dispute from the merchant. The photo should display:
The entire item (out of the box - if safe, please inspect the item even if the packaging is damaged),
The packaging if available,
Close-up and clear photos of the damage
